The Legends of Aberdeen consists of 96 manor home condominium units nestled along the 14th and 15th Fairways of the well-known StoneWater Golf Course. D B Homes, winner of the Cleveland Choice Award, began the development in 2002 and the last building was constructed in 2008.  Two sites remain undeveloped.

Snow Plowing – of driveways, sidewalks and front walks
Exterior Building maintenance and repairs – painting, caulking, vinyl siding, stone/brick, roofs, gutters, down spouts, wood trim and structural repairs.
Concrete drives, public walks, front walks

Areas of General Responsibility for Legend Owners:
The Handbook of Rules and Information is available through the Management Company
Windows, glass, screens, window frames and hardware
All doors including garage door, door frames, hardware, mechanism, tracks, springs, cables, locks and automatic door openers.
All Heating, cooling, ventilation equipment and pad for air conditioning compressor unit, utility lines or pipes within the units Limited Common Element
Exterior water faucet, exterior light fixture, electrical outlets
Maintenance of patios, balconies and front porches
Interior exterminating service
Watering shrubbery
Fireplace cleaning and maintenance
