The Golf Views is a unique community consisting of quality upscale attached cluster homes. The 33 units (some with custom interiors) are 3,000 + square feet. The Golf Views is the only neighborhood in Aberdeen Community that resides on two cul-de-sac streets, which eliminates drive through traffic. The Golf Views consist of 33 units that are in 13 building envelopes (8 triple units; 4 double units and 1 single unit). Most of the homes share a view of the 3rd and 4th holes of Stonewater Golf Club.

Designed and built by Miller Homes. Each home contains first floor master suites with large master baths, first floor utility rooms and open free flowing concept with stone fireplaces in the two story great rooms. The second floor consists of bedrooms, bonus rooms and open loft overlooking the great room. Each house has a complete basement. The attached homes are separated by a fire rated block wall that is very well insulated for complete privacy in your own unit.

Size/Location of Community:  The 33 homes sit on 8.4 acres of land situated on the South side of Aberdeen Blvd. To the North we have the 4th hole of Stonewater, to the West we back up to a water retention basin, to the South we back up to the Highland Heights City Hall and to the East we back up to the number 3 hole at Stonewater. Our two streets, Stirling Drive and Dunbar Lane are accessed from Stirling Drive off of Aberdeen Blvd.

Areas of Responsibility for Golf Views Neighborhood Homeowners’ Association*: 

  • Lawn Maintenance – mowing, edging, fertilizing, weed control and watering of front lawns. 
  • Bed Maintenance – mulching, deep edging, weeding, trimming of shrubs.  
  • Maintaining 3 parcels of common area.    
  • Maintaining Sprinkler system in front yards and common areas.
  • Snow Plowing – driveways only (Sidewalks to front home offered on a contract basis)    
  • Exterior Building Upkeep – vinyl siding, stone/brick and roofs/gutters/down spouts
  • Mail boxes and posts

Areas of Maintenance Responsibility for Golf View Owners*:                                                                                

  • All concrete (sidewalks, front stoop/steps, driveways) within the building envelope.
  • All doors, garage doors, and windows
  • Exclusive use areas (decks, patios, porches).     
  • Any utilities from the exterior wall leading into the unit.    
  • Removal of ice and snow on front stoop/steps and walkway between the unit and driveway.

Areas of General Responsibility for Golf View Owners:                                                                  

  • Rubbish removal (place trash in secure containers or bags at the end of driveway the morning of pickup). 
  • Utilities - water (with exception of common area irrigation), sewer, electric and gas.
  • Insurance – for Fire, Extended Coverage and all Risk Insurance covering the unit in an amount equal to the full replacement cost of the unit (interior and exterior).                                     

Total Monthly Fee:  $255 per resident (Subject to change)
