News Items for the Master Association

We are pleased to announce that the Aberdeen Community Master Homeowners Association has assumed the responsibility and control of the community. The Declarant, Miner Properties, is no longer involved in community affairs that relate to construction, renovations or improvements that we, the members, wish to undertake. In the future, before obtaining permits from Highland Heights, permission for your renovations or additions will need to be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for approval. We have recently formed a Social Committee.  The present members are: Martha Diemer (Vistas), Judy Franz (Highlands), Tanya DeLuca (Legends), Peggy Mancuso (Golf Villas), Cathy Johnson (Golf Views), Mari Ann Casamatta (Estates), John Denholm (Greens), Jelena Bohne (Fairways), Carol Delbane (Eagles), Carol Caroff (Villages), Sherry Fixler (Highlands) and Jennifer Dilalla (Waterford). In order for the Social Committee to be successful, we need a member from each neighborhood.  Please contact Judy Franz at 440-461-7171 if you are interested.
