Introduction to Aberdeen

		“Welcome” to the Community of Aberdeen in Highland Heights, Ohio.  Aberdeen is a community of 11 distinct neighborhoods offering a variety of living arrangements including condos, golf villas and estate homes.  The Master Homeowners Association Board manages the overallcommunity with each neighborhood  having a member representing it on the Board.  In this way, everyone has a voice in maintaining the quality and the beauty of Aberdeen.

The Community Center Complex is the core for bringing families together.  The Community Center itself is available for family parties and the exercise room offers equipment to help stay fit.  A private swimming pool for residents offers a refreshing break from summer heat.  The tennis courts offer additional opportunities for the tennis enthusiasts in the community.  Our walking, running and bicycling trail from one end of Aberdeen to the other is enjoyed by many; residents tell us they get to meet their neighbors while walking their dogs on this trail.

Aberdeen is further enhanced by the meandering fairways of the Stonewater Golf Club that wander through the community.  The Hurdzan and Fry designed  golf course is rated as one of the top golf courses in the Country.  Many tournaments have been hosted here.

Suffice it to say, we are proud of “Aberdeen” and welcome new residents.  Our goal has been and still is to maintain a beautiful community offering “something” for “everyone.”
