Introduction: The Estates at Aberdeen is a neighborhood of unique, individually designed and built single-family homes.
Size/Location of Community: The neighborhood is located on the south-east side of Aberdeen Blvd. beginning at the Miner Road entrance to the Aberdeen Community. There are 78 individual homes.
Type of Association: Neighborhood Homeowners
Areas of Responsibility for Estates of Aberdeen Homeowners Association: As a result of the nature of the single family homes within the neighborhood, the neighborhood responsibilities are minimal. Its primary responsibility is the maintenance of the landscaped islands that line Aberdeen Blvd along the streets that are in the community that border Aberdeen Blvd.
Areas of Responsibility for Estates Homeowners: Landscape maintenance, snow plowing of the driveways and sidewalks, and exterior home maintenance are the responsibility of the individual homeowners.
Total Monthly Fee: $51.00, $30.00 of which goes to the Aberdeen Master Association/Reserve Fund.
